Stock futures rose to start the holiday-shortened week, with tech shares continuing their advance after a strong end to last week.  Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.5%, while those associated with the S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 0.4% and 0.1%, respectively. (BOE Report)– Oil prices ticked down on Friday and were set to close lower for a second straight week, as rising prospects of a Russia-Ukraine peace deal offset concerns over supply disruptions from a blockade of Venezuelan oil tankers. Brent crude futures fell 9 cents, or 0.2%, to $59.73 a barrel by 0456 GMT, and U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude was trading 13 cents, or 0.2% lower, at $56.02 a barrel.
