Reality TV legend and Bravo superstar Andy Cohen is inviting fans inside his stunning Hamptons retreat, offering a glimpse of the beachfront sanctuary where he unwinds, entertains friends, and creates lasting memories with his two children.

Cohen, 53, who is primarily based in New York City, opened the doors to the sprawling retreat during a home tour with Architectural Digest, revealing that the dwelling has helped him embrace indoor-outdoor living, with nearly every room boasting sweeping ocean views.

Every inch of the property was custom-designed to Cohen’s specifications, having been built on an extraordinary oceanfront plot of land in Amagansett. Records show Cohen bought it for $5.4 million in 2019.

The on-screen sensation has since created a true haven on that parcel, building a modern masterpiece that reflects his vibrant personality, while also creating an idyllic place where he can kick back with his son, Benjamin, and daughter, Lucy.

Cohen was quick to note that he feels like he’s living a dream every time he visits the dwelling, explaining in the video that his favorite part of waking up each morning is embracing the beauty of his natural surroundings.

“The first thing I do in the morning is come downstairs, open the doors, and let the day begin. The sound of the ocean for me is so therapeutic,” he told the outlet.

He added that, having been born and raised in the landlocked state of Missouri, being able to live so close to one of the country’s most luxurious beaches is a “fantasy” made all the sweeter because he shares it with his children.

“You know, I grew up in the Midwest. I always aspired to go to the beach,” he said. “So the fact that my kids get to grow up with access to the ocean is just, for me, a fantasy, and I hope it is for them, too.”

The property boasts an expansive floor plan, which blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one welcoming space.

Inside, bold colors and playful design choices reflect Cohen’s personality.

Throughout the residence, there is vibrant artwork, colorful furnishings, and unique wallpaper. The spaces include comfortable seating areas that encourage family movie nights and bedtime story sessions.

He revealed that the cozy living room often becomes the place where he and his children gather after long days spent playing outside.

He branded the area his “everything room.”

Moving into the kitchen, Cohen confessed that cooking isn’t his strongest suit, admitting that his son even calls him the “burn monster.”

However, when it comes to hosting a barbecue, he takes the lead.

Summer entertaining has become a tradition, with casual dinner parties often spilling from the dining room onto the patio.

“However, one thing I do know how to do is barbecue, and I have a beautiful barbecue right out there. I throw four or five dinner parties a summer. The vibe is super informal; we set up a buffet right here. We have seating for 14 at this table and seating for another eight outside,” he explained.

Upstairs, Cohen’s primary suite offers panoramic water views, allowing him to fall asleep with the doors open and the sound of the ocean in the background.

He explained that when planning the home with architect Gordon Kahn, his biggest request was to maximize the views and the connection to the outdoors.

Interior designer Jackie Greenberg then helped create the colorful, relaxed aesthetic that carries throughout the property.

The children’s bedrooms are equally vibrant, each tailored to their personalities. Lucy’s room is filled with shades of pink, while Ben’s space features a cork-covered bunk bed and playful wallpaper.

Cohen also proudly showed off handwritten notes from his son, including one calling him “the best daddy ever,” which he keeps beside his bed.

He revealed that the home is also very practical, noting that the deck was built with narrow gaps between the boards so tracked-in sand can fall through instead of piling up after trips to the beach.ArchitecturalDigest/YouTube

When he’s not in the water, he’s often relaxing in the outdoor hot tub, affectionately nicknamed the “cajuzzi” by his son.

The beautifully designed home is also very practical, he shared, noting that the deck was built with narrow gaps between the boards so tracked-in sand can fall through instead of piling up after trips to the beach. There’s also a spiral staircase leading directly to an outdoor shower that Cohen said he uses almost exclusively during the summer months.

He even joked that one day he’d like to convert the staircase into an elevator.

“Because I plan to have this house for the rest of my life, when I am no longer able to walk up the stairs, I plan to turn that spiral staircase into a tubular-shaped elevator,” he said. “That’s how old man me is gonna get up and down these stairs. I’ve thought about it.”

The home’s rooftop terrace served as the grand finale of the tour. Cohen said it’s where guests gather for cocktails before dinner, watching the sun set over the water.

It’s understood that the Hamptons spread is serving as a weekend and vacation retreat for Cohen, who resides full-time in New York City, where he recently let go of his longtime dwelling in order to move into a new abode that was better suited to his children.

The Bravo star put his extraordinary West Village apartment on the market for $14 million in September 2024. He later explained that he had been pushed to part ways with the custom home because it lacked the one amenity he had always wanted: private outdoor space.

“There is a dearth of inventory in the West Village with outdoor space,” Cohen previously told People magazine. “So when I found something that was meaningful enough for me to leave my dream apartment … that’s what it took.”

Having listed his property with fellow reality TV star Ryan Serhant, Cohen ultimately sold the property for $10.5 million in June 2025.
