    1. Homebuyers looking for space without sacrificing access to beaches, golf, and everyday conveniences may find exactly what they’re looking for at 2588 Brescia St. in Myrtle Beach, SC. Listed for $525,000, this recently built home offers nearly 2,900 square feet of living space in Bella Vita, one of the area’s growing resort-style communities.

“All the bedrooms are large and you get an amazing bonus room upstairs that you can make your own,” said Redfin principal agent Sue Curlett, who is listing the property. “You get a beautiful home and all the amenities Bella Vita has to offer.”

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom house has an open-concept floor plan that creates a bright, expansive feel. The house has double front porches, a screened back porch that’s perfect for relaxing year round. It also has a fully fenced backyard with an extended patio.

Bella Vita residents have access to a large community pool, a playground and beautifully maintained common areas.

    2. For buyers dreaming of life near the South Carolina coast, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom raised home blends coastal charm with a location minutes from waterfront dining, boating access, and some of the region’s most popular beaches. Flood insurance is included in the HOA.

Located in the historic fishing village of Murrells Inlet, the property offers a lifestyle centered around outdoor recreation, local seafood and easy access to the water.

“Just a few blocks from the beach, the home has a beautiful marsh view and the sun sets directly behind the house, so it’s just exceptional,” said Redfin principal agent Sue Curlett, who is listing the property. “It’s not overly commercialized so you still get that cozy, charming small town vibe.”

Curlett said the home’s new owner could choose to use it as a short-term rental, which are allowed in the area.

    3. Listed for $674,900, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home spans nearly 2,500 square feet. It backs up to land owned by the HOA it’s part of, creating a secluded backyard setting that’s uncommon in such a central location.

“The standout feature of this home is the lot. It’s extremely private, which is hard to find anywhere else in the neighborhood of Market Common and Myrtle Beach in general,” said Redfin principal agent Monica Roman, who is listing the property. “The home itself has been well maintained, and could be move-in ready for the right buyer.”

Built in 2015 within the Balmoral community, this house has a lot to offer in addition to its  proximity to the beach. It was built with indoor-outdoor living in mind, with a  backyard featuring a hot tub, built-in outdoor kitchen and gas fire pit.

“The Market Common has a town center feel that we don’t have anywhere else in Myrtle Beach, partly because it’s easy to golf cart from the neighborhoods to the beach. It attracts both people looking for primary residences and second homes, ” Roman said.

The house has a resort-style backyard complete with a heated salt water pool, spa and a private dock with two boat lifts. Additional amenities include an outdoor fireplace and an extended driveway for added parking.

Curlett said that buying this house gets the new homeowner a community, too. Residents get access to a community center, playgrounds, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a marina.

    Cape Cod: A waterfront home

    5. For buyers dreaming of ocean views and classic Cape Cod living, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is just that. The waterfront home gives residents proximity to Provincetown without the hustle and bustle that comes with living in a busy seaside town.

“It’s steps from the beach, idyllic and quiet. When you’re in the townhouse, it looks and feels like you’re on a boat because the ocean is right there,” said Redfin principal agent Mark Anderson, who is listing the property.

Anderson said the home’s accessibility sets it apart. The entire first floor is handicap accessible, and residents can put a ramp off of the deck facing the water. Another standout feature: The townhouse was updated so it can be used all year round, not just in the summer.

Located in the gated Visconti West community, this condo features a private balcony with water views. Residents enjoy two resort-style pools, a fitness center, a clubhouse and a sports court offered by the gated community. HOA fees, which are $400 a month, include trash, water and sewer.

“It’s in fantastic move-in shape, and has a great view from the living room window to the community’s man-made lake. Since it’s on the third floor, you get the best views of the entire community,” said Redfin senior agent Trevin Perez, who is listing the property.

Perez added that the location is amazing; it’s in Central Florida, just a drive away from downtown Orlando, Universal Studios Florida and Walt Disney World Resort.

    7. Luxury buyers looking for a home that doubles as a destination will find exactly that with this castle-inspired mountain retreat. Situated in the sought-after Cobbly Nob community, the property offers panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains and is directly on a golf course.

Built in 1973 and designed with distinctive Tudor-inspired architecture, the nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom home stands out from the region’s traditional log cabins and chalet-style vacation homes. The property sits on nearly two acres and includes an additional 1.24-acre parcel, providing added privacy and potential for future expansion.

The current owner of the property uses it as an Airbnb. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, making it an optimal place to host weddings, family reunions and other events, said Redfin principal agent Kathy Pryputniewicz, who is listing the property.

Pryputniewicz said her favorite parts of the property are the screened-in porch and the panoramic views of the mountains.

“I just stand out there and look at the mountains and my blood pressure instantly goes down. You feel this comfort come across you that makes you feel so relaxed,” she said.

The sale will also include everything inside and outside, including the hot tub.
