13.4% of home-sale agreements that went under contract in March were canceled. House hunters are getting cold feet as costs stay high and economic uncertainty is in the air.  Contract cancellations are most common in big-time buyer’s markets like San Antonio and Orlando, where home searchers have a lot of options.  They’re least common in Nassau County, Montgomery County and Milwaukee–three of just five seller’s markets in the U.S.  Nearly 53,000 U.S. home-sale agreements fell through in March, equal to 13.4% of homes that went under contract that month–up from 12.5% a year earlier. (By Oil & Gas 360) – Greenland has been called the next frontier in oil and gas for decades. What’s changing now is that the conversation is shifting from possibility to relevance. As global supply becomes more fragmented and geopolitical risk reshapes energy flows, previously overlooked regions are coming back into focus. Prakhar Khanna and Jada Jones/ZDNETFollow ZDNET: Add us as a preferred source on Google.I put the latest Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro against Bose’s flagship earbuds, the QuietComfort Ultra 2, and the rivalry was closer than expected. Both models are lightweight, comfortable to wear, offer similar active noise cancellation performance, and last up to (roughly) 5.5 hours on a charge. I’m glad Bose improved its fit in 2025, and Samsung is now appealing to more people by deviating from its one-off LED-equipped design from last year. Also: I found true AirPods Pro rivals in these Samsung earbuds – and they’re better in several waysBoth the…

Everything was straightforward—until it wasn’t.The arrival of a new neighbor threw a…
