Chip and Joanna Gaines are giving fans the chance to own a sizable chunk of reality TV history—listing three of their most recognizable renovation projects all at once, including two properties that were featured on their hit show, “Fixer Upper.”

The beloved home renovation experts have brought a trio of meticulously restored Texas properties to the market in a move that could see them raking in an impressive $5.33 million, if they can fetch the asking prices for the abodes.

All of the dwellings—known as The Castle, The Hillcrest Estate, and The Gristmill—will no doubt be instantly recognizable to the couple’s fans, having been featured prominently in their reality TV projects over the years. One even served as the backdrop for Joanna’s hit cooking show, “Magnolia Table.”

From a grand historic estate and a centuries-old castle to a transformed gristmill packed with luxury amenities, the properties showcase the signature blend of charm, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design that helped make the couple household names.

All three homes have been renovated and furnished by the couple and are being offered fully furnished, making them turnkey opportunities for buyers seeking a slice of the Magnolia lifestyle.

Leading the collection is the Hillcrest Estate in Waco, TX, which is listed for $1.7 million. It was previously featured on “Fixer Upper.”

The property was most recently offered as a short-term rental on the Magnolia website and on Airbnb, where it was described as the perfect place to “unwind and connect with loved ones.”

Originally built in 1903, the sprawling Colonial-style property sits on nearly 2 acres and features a fully renovated main residence and a detached guest cottage.

The five-bedroom home was reimagined by Chip and Joanna to preserve its Southern charm while introducing modern comforts throughout.

Inside, rich hardwood floors, detailed millwork, elegant wainscoting, and abundant natural light create an inviting atmosphere.

Large living and dining rooms provide ample space for entertaining, while the updated kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook.

The primary suite occupies a private section of the main floor and includes a spa-inspired bathroom complete with an oversized soaking tub, dual vanities, and a separate shower.

Outside, the estate offers multiple patios, a fire pit tucked beneath mature oak trees, a potting shed, a children’s cottage, and expansive grounds that could accommodate a future pool or sport court.

The most eye-catching property may be the Historic Waco Castle, also known as Cottonland Castle, which has hit the market for $2,699,000. The property is being sold fully furnished.Realtor.com

The most eye-catching property of the trio may be the Historic Waco Castle, also known as Cottonland Castle, which has hit the market for $2.699 million. The property is being sold fully furnished.

Built in 1890, the 6,176-square-foot landmark was painstakingly restored by the couple, who transformed the neglected structure into a luxurious residence while preserving its historical character.

“Fixer Upper” fans will recognize the property from the couple’s hit 2022 series, “Fixer Upper: The Castle.”

In December 2025, Joanna revealed in an Instagram post that she and Chip had spent “nearly 20 years” dreaming about what a renovation of the property might look like, explaining that the couple were desperate for the chance to “breathe new life” into the abandoned structure.

Having finally been given that opportunity, the mother of five said the experience was one of the more rewarding of her career.

It “taught us there’s great reward in restoring beauty in forgotten places. And that kind of work is always worth the wait,” she wrote.

The four-bedroom castle features antique tile floors, diamond-paned windows, intricate millwork, and seven fireplaces.

In addition to a grand dining room, great room, and chef’s kitchen, the property boasts some unique spaces, including a formal library, a moody card room, and a striking conservatory.

Upstairs, the bedrooms and spa bathrooms provide a serene retreat. The castle’s carefully curated furnishings and decor are included in the sale.

The nearly 1-acre grounds are framed by brick and wrought-iron fencing and lush landscaping, creating a storybook setting that feels worlds away from everyday life.

The Gristmill in Valley Mills, TX, is listed for $935,000. Originally constructed in 1900, the property was transformed by Chip and Joanna into a distinctive residence that blends rustic history with upscale modern living.Realtor.com

Rounding out the collection is the historic Gristmill in Valley Mills, TX, which is listed for $935,000. Originally constructed in 1900, the property was transformed by Chip and Joanna into a distinctive residence that blends rustic history with upscale modern living.

The property served as the backdrop for Joanna’s cooking show, “Magnolia Table.”

The three-bedroom home is anchored by an expansive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space.

A studio-grade kitchen is outfitted with a premium La Cornue range, while soaring ceilings and preserved architectural details celebrate the building’s industrial roots.

The upper level houses a spacious primary suite with a spa-inspired bathroom and an office space.

The lower level includes a commercial-grade kitchen equipped with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances, making it ideal for entertaining on a large scale.

Outdoor amenities add even more appeal, with a brand-new deck, a climate-controlled greenhouse, and a charming chicken coop creating a unique mix of luxury and country living.

Together, the three properties offer a rare glimpse into some of the most recognizable projects in the Magnolia portfolio.

For fans of “Fixer Upper” and the Gaineses’ growing TV empire, the listings represent more than just homes—they are pieces of the design legacy that transformed Waco into a destination and turned Chip and Joanna into two of the most influential names in home renovation.
