Canadian supermodel Jessica Stam has put her expansive Hawaii estate on the market for $4.99 million after she traded the hustle of New York for a beach paradise.

Victoria’s Secret star Stam, 40, moved from the Big Apple to Maui during the pandemic, alongside her husband, Brahman Turner, and their two children.

In 2021, they purchased a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom sanctuary in Kula for $1.7 million and fell in love with the peace that the property had to offer.

However, five years later, they have decided to offload the 2.4-acre dwelling, which is “surrounded by the abundant natural beauty of the land, combined with pristine bicoastal ocean views reaching to Moloka’i and Lana’i,” according to the listing, which is held by Christopher Barca of Compass.

Described as a “legacy estate,” the home sits 2,200 feet above sea level on Haleakala’s western slope, which means that the “unique residence enjoys the best of the mild upcountry climate.”

The listing adds that the residents of Kula are blessed with “year-round springtime with gentle Pacific breezes and consistently comfortable temperatures.”

From the exterior, the property is surrounded by lush greenery and offers panoramic views of the Pacific, creating a true natural sanctuary—one that also includes an abundance of fruit trees.

“In addition to those ocean views, there are 40 native fruit trees (avocado, mango, citrus, mangosteen, star apple, lychee, peach, nectarine, star fruit), honoring the land and the year-round outdoor living experience,” the listing continues.

Inside the home, soaring ceilings and large windows help to create a spacious feeling, one that is further amplified by the unobstructed views that can be enjoyed from every room.

“The main residence’s light-filled, lofty spaces seamlessly meld together with five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, spanning 3,644 square feet,” reads the listing.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an expansive living room complete with soaring ceilings and “oversized picture windows.”

The listing adds, “The home’s custom Mediterranean architecture and local craftsmanship embrace simplicity, which defines the unique upcountry lifestyle.”

The dining area boasts the same expansive floor plan, complete with light wooden floors and modern overhead lighting.

The chef’s kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, wooden cabinetry, and a charming island.

The several bedrooms come complete with the same airy charm, with enough room for queen-sized beds.

The other bathrooms also boast glass-enclosed showers and dual marble vanities.

“The main residence has brand-new Wolf appliances, including an induction range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Custom new white oak hardwood flooring throughout is the canvas for your personal design statement,” the listing notes.

If guests aren’t entertained enough with the indoor amenities, they can lounge at the 40-foot saltwater pool with solar heating.

In 2022, Stam, who hails from Canada, told the New York Post that relocating to Hawaii made her feel like she was back home.

“My dad was a farmer and my mom took care of the home. I have six brothers, and she canned everything we couldn’t eat. Living part-time in Hawaii is a great balance from having to work in the city with the constant transatlantic travel I was used to for runway shows,” she said at the time.
