As we settle into the new year and look ahead to what’s next, we’re excited to welcome the agents who joined Redfin in December. Their experience, energy, and drive are already making an impact and helping us build momentum for the months ahead. We’re proud to have them on board as we gear up for a strong 2026 and the next chapter of the housing market.

    Redfin agent Brad Dunevitz

Brad Dunevitz is joining our Denver team with 20 years of real estate experience. Licensed since 2005, Brad is a fourth-generation Colorado native who previously owned and operated his own brokerage, Five Star Real Estate.

“I truly loved leading my business, so I knew that if I ever made a move, it would have to be for a great company and culture,” Brad said. “I was pleasantly surprised by everything Redfin has to offer—the platform, the support, and especially the people. Although I was successful running my own company, I wanted to move from simply surviving to truly thriving. Redfin gives me the opportunity to reach that next level.”

Nancy Abuali is joining Redfin’s Chicago team after seven years at Keller Williams and a boutique agency. Nancy saw Redfin as the right opportunity to scale her business through innovative technology, strong lead support and a collaborative environment.

“After doing a lot of research, I knew this was the right move for me,” Nancy said. “Even as a successful traditional agent, I was always thinking about where the next deal would come from. At Redfin, I’ll still work just as hard, but with the added benefit of strong lead support and incredible technology. The camaraderie has exceeded my expectations—everyone is welcoming, talented, and truly supportive. The training is unmatched, and with Redfin and Rocket behind us, it really feels like the sky is the limit.”

Brad and Nancy are part of the growing community of agents finding success with Redfin Next, our game-changing agent pay plan. All Redfin agents get the best of both worlds: big commission splits and customer introductions, technology, marketing, support, and benefits to build your pipeline. We are fully committed to Redfin Next because we believe it provides all the ingredients you need to take your business to the next level.

We’ve also been building Redfin Teams, which will help you multiply the effects of Redfin Next. This ensures that successful agent teams can smoothly transition to Redfin without skipping a beat. Nearly 1 in 4 Redfin agents are now on a team because they appreciate the new level of mentorship, accountability, and support they provide.

If you’re looking for a new brokerage to call home, or simply want to learn more about what Redfin has to offer, drop me a line – I’d love to chat with you! You can check out open positions or join our talent community to stay in the loop on future opportunities.

Once again, welcome to all our new and returning Redfinnians. With your talent and Redfin’s support, there’s no limit to what we can accomplish together!
