As we head into the final weeks of the year, we’re excited to welcome the newest agents who joined Redfin in November. Their expertise and enthusiasm are already adding momentum as we move into the holiday season and prepare for the housing market reset expected in 2026.

    Redfin agent Teresa Asher

Teresa Asher is returning to Redfin’s Maryland office after a brief hiatus at eXp and Century 21. She brings 30 years of real estate experience, from new home sales to running her own advertising agency, and later resale. Teresa first joined Redfin during COVID, growing into a team manager role, and after exploring other brokerages, she’s now back to leverage Redfin’s lead system and continue building her business.

“I chose to return to Redfin because the timing was right, the Rocket acquisition gives me a head start on leads, and the growth opportunities are stronger than ever,” Teresa said. “Real estate is a numbers game, so why not join a tech-forward brokerage with full support, instead of going it alone.”

    Redfin agent Eric Tone

Eric Tone brings 15 years of real estate expertise to our Virginia office, having built his career across Sotheby’s International Realty, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker. Combining his passion for learning and technology with deep business knowledge, Eric was drawn to Redfin to continue innovating in the real estate space.

“I joined Redfin because I wanted real value for what I was investing in my business,” Eric said. “Redfin’s tech and backend support have been a game changer. Within three weeks I have had multiple leads, a closed deal, and a support system that finally lets me focus on selling—not juggling everything alone.”

Eric and Teresa are part of the growing community of agents finding success with Redfin Next, our game-changing agent pay plan. All Redfin agents get the best of both worlds: big commission splits and customer introductions, technology, marketing, support, and benefits to build your pipeline. We are fully committed to Redfin Next because we believe it provides all the ingredients you need to take your business to the next level.

We’ve also been building Redfin Teams, which will help you multiply the effects of Redfin Next. This ensures that successful agent teams can smoothly transition to Redfin without skipping a beat. Nearly 1 in 4 Redfin agents are now on a team because they appreciate the new level of mentorship, accountability, and support they provide.

If you’re looking for a new brokerage to call home, or simply want to learn more about what Redfin has to offer, drop me a line – I’d love to chat with you! You can check out open positions or join our talent community to stay in the loop on future opportunities.

Once again, welcome to all our new and returning Redfinnians. With your talent and Redfin’s support, there’s no limit to what we can accomplish together!
