“Agent Network puts unparalleled AI targeting at your fingertips, giving you the tools to target, filter and connect with the right brokers and agents in seconds,” Shayan Hamidi, CEO of Rechat, said in a statement.

Real estate professionals say the tool has delivered tangible results.

Raymond Dillulio of the Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman said Agent Network helped secure a $10 million deal.

“Using Rechat to quickly network directly to potential customers on a regular basis has been extremely helpful, especially with off-market properties,” he said.

Michael Saunders & Co. also reported obtaining a $2 million offer through a single email sent via Agent Network.

Doug Gieck — vice president of technology, data and training at 8z Real Estate — said the tool became popular among his agents.

“Ironically, Agent Network was out of my peripheral when we made the decision on a tech provider. Overwhelmingly, as my agents began using Rechat, that’s where they were drawn,” Gieck said. “It really helped me understand how to market quickly to the producing agents around you and to build that relationship and to move things efficiently and fast.

“It’s one of my go-to’s if an agent is thinking about coming to 8z, I’m showing off Agent Network. It’s an amazing tool.”

Agent Network also includes a library of preformatted emails such as “Coming Soon,” “Just Listed” and “Open House,” which automatically pull listing data, photos and contact information.

Agents can track open rates and clicks, while replies and follow-up messages can be customized or sent using saved designs.

“With Agent Network, we’re leveraging AI in a practical way to help agents connect, market and collaborate with the right agents in their market every day,” said Audie Chamberlain, head of strategic growth and communications at Rechat. “Agent Network is a game-changer for finding buyers in any market.”

The platform is now available on Android and iOS.
